egg retrieval fail

So, Monday we had my egg retrieval . they got 12 eggs. which we had been told was a good number. Tuesday I got a call that 11 were mature but only 1 fertilized ,😔 we were planning in doing a day 3 transfer but my doctor called me yesterday and said it stopped dividing. He said after looking at my post mortem eggs with the head embryologist, it appears they were over stimulated and next time well tweak my meds and should get better results . anyone else go through this ??
