so I took a break from customer orders yesterday and worked on some stuff for myself (read new baby). I worked on some handmade burp cloths and a baby blanket.

this is one of the burp cloths I made last night. the front is a soft flannel and the back is terry cloth.

the baby blanket I made. front and back are both a super soft flannel. I should have used a lint roller before taking a picture but I'm almost 34 weeks pregnant and I was ready for bed (and had to pee really bad lol)

I find that I tend to be more productive when it rains and it's been raining since Saturday here, so I've gotten a lot of items made for my son (and my daughter too). hobby lobby had simplicity patterns on sale this week for .99 so tonight I'll probably sew some cute outfits for my daughter.
