White blood cells in semen??

Any one have a healthy pregnancy after finding out there dh has high count of white blood cells in semen?

My dh was put on antibiotic called bactrim for 10 days then they will do another semen analysis, he had around 10 million white blood cells in his semen it seems to be a recurring infection cause he’s had it before, the first time they put him on doxycycline usually after meds his SA is better, it’s an infection so we will see we can only wait and see what happens. You can see ur family dr for the antibiotic that’s what we did cause we just went to re for SA nothing else and they send tests back to referring physician.

Hey my hubbys has 2 SA with WBC in his semen. No answers yet from the Dr. hormone test came back good. XXY test shows no Klinefelter syndrome. But insurance denied ultrasound and urologist. So I don’t know what to do. Sorrry your going through this.
