Back labor??

Question

Omg worst cramping in my lower back. I feel it all over my body though, but I can’t stand, sit, lay down, anything comfortably. Need to keep moving my legs and I keep trying to rub my back a little and no relief. What do I do? I would call he doctor but I don’t know what they’d do. And I don’t wanna wait in labor and delivery just to be sent home two hours later. There’s gotta be a way.. maybe not though hahaha

I had back labour with my first and second, it. Was. The. Worse. Pain. EVER!!!! With my first i just had to move however i could to ease the pain, i even fainted because the pain was so bad and when i was up again it was time to push, with the second they had to give me the epidural sooner just because my contractions were so close and strong... with him I was yelling and screaming like in the movies lol 
My doula mentioned that usually back labour is due to the baby not being positioned right.
