Giving up on hope

Good morning beautiful ladies. So I got 2 faint positive on Tuesday then Wednesday morning I start bleeding it’s was pinkish and brownish very little but the pain was different this time from my period usually I get the weird period cramp feeling days before but nothing this time but that morning I got really bad back pain, my boobies hurt so bad felt like ton of brick was sitting on them. I never had that happen to me and then

my vagina had a lot of pressure and then swollen but the pain started around 5:30am by 840am no more pain for rest of the day but again not a lot of blood, it was enough to use a panty liner no clot but a lot of stinging tissue then it goes watery I’m going to post pics sorry for TMI. Day 2 still bleed it’s definitely on and off no pain not heavy. Please help me I’m giving up I’ve been crying all morning I had miscarriage at 4 weeks around the same time I’m bleeding now but last month bleeding wasn’t nothing like this at all it was worst. Then I had one in January at 8 weeks I’m giving up on getting pregnant idk what to do. If something like this happens to you.. what was the outcome of it. One more thing I had implantation bleeding with my daughter she about to be 3..
