upset at my ob

I went into the doc yesterday for a normal appointment. she gave me a short ultrasound because of some bleeding I'm was having. I told her that I didnt want to know the genders of my babies until my gender reveal with my fiance there. well the b**** slipped and told me what I'm having. I'm so upset. and also having some gender disappointment. I thought for I knew what I was having. needless to day my fiance is really upset I know now, but still wants it to be a surprise. ug..
