Ok so a 16 or17 yr old boy shoots and kills his gfs uncle who was abusing and raping her and a bunch of other stuff. Super good kid and this was a total 180, nobody would of expected it from him.

Police didn’t figure out what the boy did until 15 years later. What sentence would u give? Would u go easier on him because it was so long ago and bc he thought he was doing it to help the girl (which he did btw)?

Well the judge had decided to give jail time, I want to say it was about 30 years or something like that. It was at 20 or 25 years time he served they had an appeal. The guy who shot that uncle when he was a teenager tried to get out like 5 or 10 years earlier on good behavior. He almost did but then the judge said no.

Btw, his at the time gf wasn’t shit. I believe she sold him out years later. Yeah she didn’t ask for him to do it but still, I’d of at least thanked him if I was in her position. I also personally think it was good he went to jail, though not for as long as he was sentenced. So lesson of the day folks, don’t kill for other ppl... don’t kill in general actually 😂
