How does veganism work with kids?
Hey guys!
My husband and I have been making a lot of nutritional changes lately and have been playing with the idea of becoming vegans. But, I can’t wrap my mind around what it would look like with kids?
I have a 4.5y old, a 3y old, and a 1.5 year old.
How do you make sure they are getting enough nutrients, like calcium etc. ?
