Is 0.3 enough of a rise to confirm ovulation?
My temp rose 0.3 degrees this morning (when i was expecting it to and is in line with OPK) and is above the cover line but is this a big enough jump to confirm ovulation? (97.26 to 97.56)
This is assuming the next days stay above cover line but just in general is 0.3 increase enough?
