I am now 34 weeks and 3 days. My doctor sent me to get an ultrasound today. During the ultrasound everything went well. They told me the baby weighed around 5lbs7oz and everything looked fine. And as I was walking out the ultrasound tech said “well now be seeing you once a week” I asked her why (because I have two prior children , one being 2 , and I’ve never had to do this) . She said “usually after a woman turns 34 weeks we would like to keep an eye on the babies growth, of your doctor thinks it’s unnecessary that’s not a problem”

Idk I just found it to be a little odd. I got the form I’m supposed to give to my doctor and it says they will be giving me “weekly BPP for serial growth” . I may be over thinking things a tad but honestly it has me worried . Has anyone else experienced this ? I don’t think I can wait until my next appointment to talk to my doctor about it. I’ll probably call her tomorrow.
