I missed two pills last week

So I forgot to take Tuesday’s and Wednesday’s pill. I took two pills Thursday and two pills Friday and my last non sugar pill Saturday. I ended up getting my period that Saturday (5 days earlier) and it is one of the heaviest periods I’ve had. I still have it and it still just as heavy. Any advice?
