So upset

I have two different apps tracking my period because after the ectopic pregnancy it through my one app off.... Both apps are saying my period should of started within these last two days. We're now on day there..Still nothing. Took an 88 cent test and its negative... My Dr is pretty sure that working with one tube that is already damaged, is very unlikely to get pregnant without ivf... I don't know what to do. My so wants me to wait a few days meanwhile I'm over just wondering why the universe is playing these very cruel tricks on me......... I'm so emotional and just wanna cry about everything.. Other then that life is pretty normal I think
