Don't feel pregnant anymore..

I am 9.2 weeks today and the last 3 days I just don't feel pregnant anymore. I've lost 2 babies within this same week in the past and I can't help but feel something is wrong with this baby too. We are planning on telling our families today but now I'm super scared! Has anyone else felt like this??
