Period and Keto
Have any other ladies experienced a late period after starting Keto? I started Keto about 2 weeks ago and was supposed to get my period 9 days ago, but it still hasn’t come. Ive read a lot about periods becoming heavier but haven’t been able to find anything about it making your period late. Hopefully someone else here can give me some more information, thanks ladies!!
