I recently put applications in to two different places. I got an interview to one of them and they are calling my references and i am pretty sure I’m going to get the job. However, yesterday i got a call from the second place asking me to do an interview. I would much rather work at the second place but i do not know what to say to the first place if they call before i hear back from the second place and say that i got the job. Everyone is telling me to ask the first place if i can get back to them in about a week, but I’m just scared that won’t work and I’ll be out of a job if i lose the first one and don’t get the second one. Help!!
