Pain in my left arm

Does anyone have any experience with pregnancy induced carpel tunnel or tendinitis? It started yesterday in my left shoulder. By 11 pm I was in excruciating pain from my shoulder to my wrist. No issues with hand or fingers. I couldn’t sleep and the only thing that seemed to help was a warm bath. I tried ice and took some Tylenol but neither touched the pain. It legit feels like my muscle is being ripped from my arm. Today the pain is just back to my shoulder and it feels like growing pains.
