Whole 30 while preggo
Hello all! I’m on day 4 of a whole 30 and wanted to know if anyone else does this while pregnant? So far it’s seemed to help a ton with constipation and headaches. I’m hoping for more energy. For those not familiar with whole 30 it’s a clean eating regimen for 30 days where you cut all sugar (real and fake), grains, dairy, and legumes. You enjoy as much as you like of Whole Foods like unprocessed meats, vegetables/ fruit and nuts. I was concerned about fiber and calcium but I’ve made sure to amp up calcium rich greens and the like. I’m still taking my prenatal of course. Would love to hear of anyone else’s experience.
