can a doc pushing on your abdo cause vaginal bleeding?

hopefully someone can share some insite?

yesterday i went to my gp for right side abdominal pain he pushed on my abdomen a bit and sent me to the hospital as it could be a twisted ovary or my appendix. I went straight to the hospital and waited hours to be seen by the doctor for him to tell me and i quote 'its 4.30pm on friday afternoon and no one wants to be here so lets make this quick'

He than pushed on my abdomen pretty hard a few times (pretty sure he was trying to feel my spine through my gut- sarcasm-) took my pulse which was 111 bpm which hadnt gone down since seeing my gp... now this morning i have woken up with dark ish red vaginal bleeding, can the doctor pushing on my abdomen so hard cause this or is there something wrong and i should go back to my gp?

I am still feeling sore and tender with aches on the right side of my abdomen
