Swollen ankles already??

I’m 19 weeks exact today and I noticed that my right ankle is slightly swollen on the inside. I know swelling is normal, but is there any way to make it go down some? Swelling actually makes me freak out 😆

Swelling worries me too! I’ve only had my toes and ankles swell slightly in the heat and from being on them all day, but I talked with my doctor and said it isn’t a concern. Completely normal in pregnancy due to extra fluid and it’s been taken off the list of preeclampsia symptoms unless sudden and severe. I’ve just put my feet up while in the air conditioning and drank a ton of water to have the swelling go down pretty fast!

I am 21+5 and started swelling like crazyyyy this week. Ankles and feet are huge by the end of the work day. I am on my feet all day at work, so I started sleeping with my feet on a pillow at night to help. At least I wake up with less swelling 🤷🏻‍♀️

I’m 18 weeks and the swelling is in full force for me. I think the heat makes it worse. I brought it up to my doctor and she said there’s nothing to work about since my blood pressure is normal. But she did tell me to make sure I’m limiting my sodium intake, eating enough protein, and drinking enough water. 
Hormones + Heat are a bad combo for swelling I think 🙃

Every time I eat pickles my hands and feet swell. I just try to drink a lot of water after. The swelling only lasts for a couple of hours...for now anyway.
