So our surprise birth control baby will be here in November. As much as we love her, we don't want another one for at least 3-4 years. I plan on breastfeeding, I don't want anything IN my body & I don't want a birth control that will have me gaining weight while I'm obviously trying to lose it. What would you guys recommend? Any feedback on the mini pill would be great since that's the one I've mostly considered. Like I said, I don't want any type of implant or something sitting inside me. I know some people use breastfeeding as a form of birth control, but I'm allergic to regular condoms (I know they have Latex free, but rather not spend the money if we don't have to) so I'm looking for a birth control that's really effective that will go hand in hand with breastfeeding & pull out method! Thank you!! 😊 Oh, and I was on the regular pill when I got pregnant.
