Mandatory evacuation
Our area has had a significant amount of flooding the last couple days. Several areas had mandatory evacuations. I watched a news clip where a first responder said that those that are not evacuating are putting the lives of the first responders in danger because of their choice. This got me thinking - is it right to stay behind if you’ll be endangering someone else? Should there be a fine if you don’t evacuate?
