Anxiety and TTC??

Has anyone experienced infertility due to high stress/anxiety? Any helpful tips that don't include anti anxiety meds?

Answer

I had pretty intense generalized anxiety when we were TTC and I got put on sertraline(Zoloft). It was the lowest dose but I’ve gotta say, feeling more relaxed while TTC is what helped us be successful and feel patient!! I’m now 8 months pregnant :)
