Toddler with seizures

So me and my babydaddy knew the day would come caude he deals with bad seziures since he was a toddler as well. Our daughter recently started having seizures, I've took her to the ER and to her Doctor and neither have been helpful. Just a bunch of useless tests. I was told, She had a febrile seizure whicj can effect babies 3 months to 6 years old they usually end without treatment and don't cause other health problems. Having one doesn't mean that a child will have epilepsy or brain damage. Should I even bother taking her to the ER? They say as long as it isn't longer then 5 minutes she should be okay... I have an appointment for her in a few days.
