Healthy ways to lose weight
Hey there, so I am in need of healthy tips/tricks to lose weight. I recently (about a month ago) stopped taking the birth control pills due to weight gain. I’ve taken birth control for years but never had a noticeable influx of weight gain until I recently changed prescriptions. I’m drinking water and keeping up with some of the foods I’m eating (I’m not a huge eater/snacker) but can’t seem to shake it off by starting with kitchen habits.
