I want to get my baby ear piercing since she’s off oxygen yay

Ok so I was told by pulmonary not to get my baby’s ear pierced until she came off oxygen she’s 13 months old now but where can I go and how can I keep her ear clean so it don’t get infected.. and how long will it take to heal I’m really scared 😱 i know how much she hates getting touch on her face I’m scared she will pull her earring and rip her ears
