Last Saturday the 21st i took a test because i just bought more and it came back positive (we have been ttc for a year) i broke down crying thanking the lord. Fast forward to yesterday 7/27 when my period was actually due. I have been having cramps all week but yesterday i began having very sharp pains on the left part of my spine. Coming and going all day but hurting so bad i would cry. My drs appointment is not until Wednesday. I’m nervous because i have PCOS and this could be a reason from taking my meds.

Sorry it’s so long I’m just so happy to finally get a positive but now I’m scared somethings wrong.
