To go in or not to go in...
Me and my SO did the deed this morning and about 30 minutes later I started contracting. It went on for an hour or so and I fell asleep. I woke up and the contractions are back. I have no idea if I should go in or not. With my daughter my water broke so I knew it was time. These contractions are low and in my back. I read you can't talk through contractions but my last labor I did it all natural and talked through them. I did a little tracker to give you an idea of how often and long they are. (sorry if there are typos)
