Gabby... on this post I actually DO see the faintest of lines on the first response test. I still DO NOT see any semblance of line on the blue dye test.
What you have here is two different tests of different sensitives .... and I mean WAY different sensitivities.
The blue dye measures in at 25miu
The First Response Early results measures in at 6.3miu
The line you have on the first response is stupidly faint - but it IS there. So your level is really low..
 I would venture that it's TOO low for the blue dye to pick up with any kind of clarity. Which is why you're stressing yourself trying to edit the blue dye and see something. It's not that you're not in the very early days of pregnancy... it's simply that the blue dye test will not pick it up .....YET
I would imagine testing with a first response early on Monday you will get a beautiful bold pink line (takes 48 hours for hcg to double approximately)... o would also imagine that should you take another of those blue dye tests that you will indeed get a visible line - however expect it to be faint on that test as it triggers at a higher hcg level that's the first reponse
I do hope you find my comment helpful... and I would like to remind you that I do not rain on anyone's parade firstly... and secondly.. weren't you ever taught you get further with sugar than vinegar??

So as explained by my dr, typically HCG should be around 50 on day of missed period which is what they look for w a healthy implant .... if ur 15/16 dpo I would suggest you may have ovulated later than u thought and are closer to10-12dpo ... I would suggest waiting 2-3 days and see if the frer gets darker then make an appointment for blood confirmation and to ensure ur levels are rising appropriately
