HELP LADIES
Okay so about 4 days ago I woke up to kinda dark bleeding the next day nothing me and my fiancé had sex 2 nights ago and there was a slight bit of dark brown blood so I thought oh my period is about to begin ( it was 5 days late last month) but here I am again no bleeding and no period when I thought my period was about to begin what could this be
