Ive had sex and have masturbated with a shower nosal and yeah my muscles tighten up and then release but i dont have that feeling of happiness or greatness after .... 
 Is it really an orgasm? Is there something wrong with me?

I was the same way when I was younger! I googled like a crazy person trying to figure out what it was supposed to feel like wondering if I was actually orgasming or not... but truth is, it’s different for everyone. One girls orgasm might feel entirely different than another girls, so there’s no real answer to your question. BUT I can say that it’s nothing like how it’s depicted in porn, and when you finally do it with someone you love, it’s the best.

Sadly I didn't have an orgasm till I was 27. Sex felt good but I couldn't understand what other women were making such a big deal of. Now that I've had them there's no question as to what's happening. I hope you get that feeling soon.
