Hear me out!

I used preseed durning my ovulation and turn into a bad bleed guess allergic to it I thought so! Now I am 4 days late today and tested with a pregnacy and ovulation test. my pregnancy was negative but looks like my ovulation test can come positive in couple days?! what do y'all think
