Could I Be Pregnant?

i had a bit of REALLY light pink spotting one day, one time when i wiped. i’m super dizzy occasionally. i eat EVERYTHING ALL THE TIME. my lower back is killing me. i’m having cramps (which i don’t normally get even during AF). my boobs feel a lot bigger than normal & are sorta sore. i’ve been feeling like throwing up EVERY NIGHT. AF is due in ab 2 days. i’ve had sex every couple days while ovulating plus days when i’m not. could i be pregnant?! i’m really praying for a miracle here. we’ve been trying for MONTHS & this is the first time i’ve had this many symptoms.
