Anyone ever heard of this?

Has anyone ever heard of this or had their husband try this. Trying to do everything we can on our own to conceive before making a doctor appt. Also if anyone has any other tips besides tracking bbt and opks I’d like to hear about what else could help.

if you want an effect from them your man should take them for three months, because that's the amount of time it takes to make and mature sperm. 
also, if his health has been bad the last three months it also has something to do about quality. that goes for excessive drinking as well.
get both him and you to stay as much away from NSAIDs as possible, not sure how normal it is to be using them where you live, but here, they are everywhere and were told very strictly by our clinic to stay away from them 🤪
