which prenatal vitamins are the best for when your pregnant?

hey there. im a new mommy just found out im pregnant. and im looking for the best vitamins to take to help my baby grow big and healthy. any suggestions?

I was taking rainbow light for the first trimester, then I started getting bad heartburn and someone suggested I switch prenatals. So I switched to Olly gummies and they are GREAT! I take an iron supplement with them because most gummies don’t have iron in them. I feel great when I take them and I look forward to taking them because they taste good! Haha! go for a whole food vitamin, you can find them on amazon or at whole foods. They are easier to digest and have greater benefits:) you can google whole food vitamins and look into it

thank you ladies i just found out im pregnant this morning. so i figured I'd go buy one a day prenatal vitamins they have the iron, calcium, zinc and folic acid. so ill give it a try and I'm going to schedule an appointment on monday to conform my pregnant and see what else i need to do... im so excited... my husband says he can't believe it. and already told his brother... but i want to wait to tell the rest of the 👪 family

I take the rainbow prenatal also    i am having the worst morning sickness and cant keep anything down and these seem to not make it any worse.

I was taking VitaFusion gummies. They started making me sick around 5 months. I switched to Rainbow Lite this week and even though they have iron, I feel sooooooo much better.
