so, if this is like a rlly common and simple thing im sorry if i sound stupid, but is it possible at all to make my eyebrow hairs any lighter as my eyebrows are a really really really dark brown almost black, and i wanna be able to fill them in but i cant because the only colour i can use is a dark brown bc otherwise it looks so bad, and if i do fill em in then they are literally jet black and they look so bad!! if it is possible, please let me know of any nearby places! (i live in crawley, england) xx
