Just bought my first basal thermometer! Now what?

Hi ladies, I’m on month 7 of trying. I started opks, now got this. How do I track? Any advice or suggestions welcome! Come on baby!!!!

Here’s an example of mine this month.
I started opks on July 18th as my temp was dropping-this followed by a spike down in temp for 1 day is likely to be ovulation. Remember you actually ovulate 24-48 hours after you get a positive opk test. Bd to your hearts content.
My chart always looks slightly erratic after ovulation but if the dip today was to represent implantationsae then my temp for the next few days would rise again and remain elevated, if not my temp will start falling which is likely to be AF on her way.  
Remember everyone is different and all charts look different-you will find what’s ‘normal for you’

Have it by your bedside opened up, as soon as you wake pop it in your mouth and wait for the result. Mine remembers my last temp so I tend to go back to sleep and then look at it later and I put the temp on my phone - check if you need to put yours on your app straight away. After a couple of
Month doing it every day you start to see a pattern and everyone on here is really helpful with them.
