I spotted A LOT in the first trimester.  I was a nervous wreck about it.  My doctor continually told me if it’s not heavy like a period you’re ok.  It’s ok to spot.  It’s more common than you think.  Fortunately for me the spotting stopped.  It could be caused by a sensitive cervix, or in my case placenta positioning (that fixed itself).  I hope this is the case for you as well.  I am 30 weeks pregnant and my baby is as healthy as can be!

This was me all through my first trimester. My dr told me it was implantation bleeding and not to worry. What I saw scared the shit out of me. I'm 21 weeks and still going strong! talk to your dr.

I would definitely call your doctor about it.  it could be nothing like in my case I spotted on and off the whole first trimester during this pregnancy (my 1st I had no spotting) I am now 25 weeks with a healthy boy. it's better to be safe and ask and have them take a look.

I’m going through the same thing. I’m 5wk 5days and started cramping really bad 2 days ago.. yesterday I passed a big blood clot and still spotting and bright red when I wipe
My doctor told me to wait til Monday and try not to go to the ER unless I was starting to feel faint...my bleeding has let up but still passing clots. I feel like body is miscarrying too

Okay, i had the SAME exact thing happen at 5 weeks. My doctor put me on bedrest & pelvic rest(no sex) for 5 days. That completely stopped the bleeding. I'm now 10 weeks with a sticky little bean😊 So try this, amd if the bleeding persists or gets heavier, then go to the doctor. Good luck💕💕

I started spotting around the same time as the days went by it got heavier I just knew I had a miscarriage my first pregnancy ended in a miscarriage my second was a healthy baby boy anyways turn out I had a UTI the bleeding stopped the day I started antibiotics good luck to you
