Maternity wedding dress.

I’m getting married soon and looking for a simple inexpensive wedding dress. I came across this beautiful white lace off the shoulder flowy dress and fell in love with the dress and the price. However didn’t see where it said maternity😐😐 Would the dress still be able to work if I were to get it altered?
