Drying up breast milk?

Is there a way to dry up your supply? My son can’t breast feed and pumping is draining me emotionally for several personal reasons and I’ve decided it’s best for my mental health and ability to take care of my son if I just use formula. Please no harsh comments, this decision wasn’t easy for me to make and the whole situation has been terrible on my mental health.

I was in a similarly situation as you. Since the beginning my son couldn’t latch right, we got his tongue tie clipped and still didn’t latch. I ended up exclusively pumping and because of my schedule and not establishing a supply in the beginning I couldn’t stash any and would sometimes have to supplement with formula. I was mentally exhausted and my mental health suffered so I reached 4 and a half months and decided I was done.
I slowly weaned my son off so I continued to pump until he was a little over 5 months. 
I also used no more milk tea by earth momma. And i would make sure to squeeze just enough milk out to not get it clogged when I was done making bottles.
Don’t feel bad, switching to formula was the best decision I made for my family. Breastfeeding isn’t best for everyone. Breastmilk is great but at the end of the day the benefits aren’t so extraordinary that a child is disadvantaged if they don’t breastfeed. Your child will be just fine if not better because you will feel better and a happy and healthy mom is one the best things you can give your child

Kinda wean him. I started only feeding him from the breast once at night, and now, only a few drops come out and I didnt get engorged when I stopped. I kinda want to keep doing it at night though but I'm afraid I've just about dried up :/

You can do it slowly by gradually reducing the frequency and duration of pumping sessions. But if you feel you need to just stop altogether here are some tips.
