I always thought it would only be an issue for a vaginal birth but I’m realizing it may be tricky for c section mama’s too (ignorant yes, but I’m a FTM so It’s all just foreign to me). I’m 6 1/2 weeks post emergency c section. Any advice ladies? What I should expect? Feel like I just healed but a little apprehensive to do it. It’s happening today and while I’m excited to resume pre-partum activities I guess I’m just looking for some reassurance. Thanks in advance.
