Clomid success or side effects?

Question

I'm just trying clomid for the first time to stimulate ovulation and feeling a bit nervous. Please post any success stories or side effects! Thanks! :)

I took my 4th cycle this month. I don't have a lot of side effects with it. Mainly just hot flashes and mood swings. There can be others though. I have ovulated the last 2 cycles but no BFP yet. I'm hoping this is the month!!!

So I've taken clomid twice now. The first time I had awful headaches, sense of euphoria and insomnia while taking and then after the last pill nothing. The second time, no side effects while taking it but holy crap, my cycle was a nightmare! Really bad mood swings, started crying one night ink the shower for no reason, HARD...and couldn't stop! Then after ovulation right through to AF, I had no idea who I was....mean, cranky, hateful then euphoric! I'm starting again if AF shows in august after taking a break this

I had terrible sickness for 5 days whilst taking and then HOS for 10 once I ovulated! It was not a pleasant experience!
​I chose to come off it the next month as I couldn't handle the thought of another month like it straight away, and I got pregnant that month! I have read so many stories saying the same thing on forums! So even if you come off it/get to the end of the course don't lose hope! It can still give you the kick you need!!! X

Unfortunately I had really bad side effects on it with no success at all, although I ovulated but it made my cm so dry that caused really serious infections :(

​My sister got pregnant using it, on the other hand it was a big failure for me..
