Fluid around baby heart?

I had an anatomy scan a few days ago at 21.3 weeks and my baby had fluid around heart. The dr couldn’t tell me a measurement and I can’t find a lot of info online. Please someone tell me if you’ve had experience with this or know someone who has. I’m so scared. Everything else de said looked great. Dr wants me to have a level 2 ultrasound now

it is possible to make mistakes with reading ultrasounds. my old boss told me a story that when she was pregnant with her youngest daughter they thought her daughter had a hole in her stomach and sent her to a bigger city to have a specialist do some ultrasounds but come to find out it was just a shadow and the tech was reading it wrong.
