Okay so I hope I don’t sound dumb but I’m 30 weeks and ive had this insane cramp all over my stomach since yesterday along with Braxton Hicks and at first I thought baby was just in a weird spot or something but it hasn’t gone away and has actually spread from a cramp in my lower right side to all over my stomach. It doesn’t come and go, it’s constant and the pain intensifies every once in awhile. I’ve tried drinking water, taking a warm bath, laying down and nothing is helping. I’ve had gas cramps before but nothing like this. Does anyone know what this could be? I don’t wanna freak out and call my doctor if I just need need to poo or something 😅
