Anyone looking into a post pregnancy diet, tired of rude comments.

I have a wedding I’m in roughly 6 to 8 weeks post baby. I see an appearance I’m not happy with and want to lose a reasonable amount of weight. I’m not planning on breast feeding. Any safe diets where I can lose some sort of weight.

I am also seriously tired of the omg you look large comments. A pic of me was just posted from a bridal shower today and my close friend who’s always been larger then me just made a comment to me over how she looks tiny compared to me. We have the same due date and she’s pregnant. Today at the shower I had family members tell me I look large. I have no clue where people get their manors from to comment and compare weight. I am just over the comments and want a healthy safe diet after baby.

This is my fault because he’s mine that I raised but my child made a comment about how big my face was how I’m ugly. I lectured the storm over him and told him he hurt my feelings and I was disappointed. He cried and apologize but still. The comments are driving me up a creek.
