I need opinions please

So I never ever spot and I also am always right on time. I never did get a clear opt this month and I had a semi sharp pain this evening about 630 or so it only lasted about 5 minutes. I just went to the bathroom and there was a little blood when I wiped. And my cm is still watery when I am normally dry around my peroid. I'm not supposed to start for 4 more days. what do you think
