Never missed a pill but no period on lo loestrin fe

I have had sex twice this month using the pull out method and on my placebo pills ive had cramping and breast tenderness but no blood or appetite.. i haven’t missed a single pill and this is my 3rd month on the pill.. i had a period my first 2 months but today is the day i’m supposed to have my period and there is nothing but some white discharge.. should i worry or am i maybe okay??
