How common is irreparable infertility?

I've heard statistics that 1 in 10 women struggle with infertility. But I also know there is a lot of infertility treatment out there, and that many women eventually become pregnant with treatment. I'm wondering how common it is that women have zero chance of becoming pregnant? I have a weird fear that I can never have kids. I've had a regular period since I was 12 and use condoms and am healthy, so I have no signs of infertility but I don't really believe that my body would be capable of making another human... I don't know why.
