If you don't have normal 28 day cycles glow is. However I love how everyday ovia has information and tips. Glow is suppose to but after so many weeks it doesn't anymore or at least mine didnt.

Ovia is very good tracking wise. Though I love Glow, Ovia gives tips,  articles on fertility health and tells me when my symptoms don't line up with my cycle. Ovia has even changed my entire cycle dates because of symptoms (asks for permission first) but I found that awesome instead of having to change setting on my app because I knew I would be late.

I used ovia and ovulation digital test on top of it and they were perfectly in sync with each other!
