My daughter will be 1 in 6 days & she usually drinks enfamil but when I went to WIC they gave me whole milk instead of her formula since she’s almost 1. I never had intentions on giving her whole milk but almond milk instead since dairy products make her super constipated. My question is it ok to start giving her almond milk now or should I wait until after her 1st bday like recommended?
