Give my 11 month old almond milk?

My daughter will be 1 in 6 days & she usually drinks enfamil but when I went to WIC they gave me whole milk instead of her formula since she’s almost 1. I never had intentions on giving her whole milk but almond milk instead. My question is it ok to start giving her almond milk now or should I wait until after her 1st bday like recommended?

You should talk to the WIC people that you don't want to feed cow milk and they should be able to give you almond milk inn the future.

My doctor said I could start phasing in milk or milk alternatives at 11 months old. Six days won’t make a difference, it’s fine to start the almond milk now 😊

Do not give almond milk, give whole milk or toddler formula. Babies need the fat for proper brain development and almond milk doesn't have the proper fat content.

12 months is a guideline. 6 days is for sure not gonna make a difference. I started at 10.5 mos because my breastmilk dried up and I had no other choice.

Yep it’s fine to give it now. You’re better off to make your own though as store bought stuff Is mainly water or additives.
